Pretty good for me. I quit smoking. Paid off my vehicles, and all credit card debt. Been putting back money, in an attempt to get out of the apartment living.

2012 was the year the for getting my head on straight. I finished school this month, learned the ex and I can parent as a team, I have lots of job opportunities and the ability to contract work full time or on the side, getting out of a $600/ month car payment and buying a nice cash car now that I'm done with school. I was able to finish school debt free, because I paid cash upfront which was huge to me. My Mom whom has cirrhosis is in her best health and beat liver cancer. I've managed to become the same happy outgoing person I once was. I have a 5 year plan that is full of goals including buying a home by myself and vacationing as much as I can between work and when I have my kids.
The lows of this year were my brother was hit by a drunk on his way home from work and things were very scary. He's the best man I've ever had in my life and we're extremely close and that phone call was a terrible feeling. I lost my best friend of over 8 years over reasons I don't even know and wound up in a terrible place. Luckily, I picked myself up off the floor before it was too late and realized if he walked out our friendship that way it wasn't as valuable as we thought. Lastly, I hurt myself in a car wreck and had to stop running. I was dropping tons and toning up and all of that was lost due to being hurt. I'm back to running, but I top out at 2 miles and require therapy and meds to keep from being in pain 24/7. Hell or high water I intend on being back at 5 miles by my birthday in May.
Other than that I'm ready for 2013 and all it has in store for me as I "start over" in life.

Honestly, 2012 was one of the worst years I've ever had. Had push a long time friend out of my life. Spent the ENTIRE year looking for a house and every house I liked was way too much for the area or purchased out from under me. My job is a dead end and even though I have work experience and a degree I can't get interviews for entry/grad level jobs.
To top it all off I turn 30 the day after x-mas...
Guess it could be a LOT worse but still.....1971 Ford Torino - Time to go bigger and better.

2012 was just another year after everything has been said and done. Lost some friends, gained some, sold the money pit and been busy as hell. worked 2 full time jobs, one for money and the other for my health. I'm looking forward to starting off 2013 being in the best shape of my life and curious to see what the year shall bring.2019 ram 4x4.....no toys currently

Started out with smooth sailing and ended the year with the house sold and a move to California with whatever would fit in a 8'x12' uhaul trailer. We're basically starting over again many miles away from friends, families, and car friendly states. So, shitty 2012 with hopes for a better 2013 for me.
