How was your 2012?

Lost some friends, lost some family, but all in all, it was a great year. A lot of changes professionally. I have some things in the works for next year, and I've got a decent backlog of business. My kids are happy, and healthy. I'm happy, and healthy. I can't complain one bit.

Last New Years day, i asked a woman i dated 38 years ago to marry me...amazingly enough, she said yes. Got better from there. Currently TDY in Minneapolis for the next few months, but working our way back to Texas. Life is good indeed...

2012 was great, and 2013 will be even better.

seems like obama or nobama, ya'll are all doin alright, aint it?! this year was great for me! welcomed my first child into the world, turned out from my 5 year apprenticeship, learned allll new aspects of my trade, and now im getting to travel and make real $krilla. oh and i predicted the outcome of the most controversial election to date, much to the demise of my peers, and biggest fans thus far.

Not the greatest, a lot of lows but there were some highlights too. Got a new position at work that I like a lot more, but shortly after also got into an accident that really fucked me up...massive reconstructive surgery on my arm, painful recovery, and I'm seeing now that it'll never be the same. Got a smoking deal on a 67' fastback and also bought myself a new 5.0. My side business also made some good money this year, but I'm also closing the year out having lost a good friend to a tragic accident.

another positive tho...I woke up after my accident, got a lot healthier, dropped ~40 lbs and holding steady since the summer.

I suppose roller coaster is a good way to describe it....

Great year for me... Bought a house in CA and knocked up my wife, we're expecting our first kid in May.

Been a pretty decent one for me. Started a new job that I absolutely love.

I quit my career of 13 years to start my own business in September. I'm doing better than I could've ever imagined and 2013 looks like it's going to be absolutely amazing.

I'm single now after an 11 year marriage so that's been hard to adapt, but I'm getting there. My son is almost two now and he makes me look forward to every day.

All in all, 2012 will go down as probably the biggest turning point in my life. I was doing well before, but shit just got real!

This year has been good...I know what I want to do for a career, so I can focus on one goal to achieve now.

went to 2 Rangers games while home and the last 2 games at Fenway Park on it's 100th anny
actually got to race the Boss!

Positives:
*my nephew spent his last four months with me
*given two consecutive pay raise earlier in the year because my job was afraid I'd quit
*got to finally meet some of you people

Negatives:
*started drinking more
*shot back up to 237lbs from 200lbs
*two months or so ago was in a shitty mental state
*got to finally meet some of you people

I hate my life more in 2012 than I did in 2011, but 2011 was worse than 2010, 2009 was shit, then 2008 was depressing.
