You didn't say the word regional, but you implied that their menu wont work here, and needed to be expanded to compete ouside of the west, (which isn't true BTW). Part of the appeal is that its a simple menu. You cant have 30 different things on a fast food menu and do them well.

If they expand to compete with everyone else...they will soon have to expand their menu choices as well.

And for the record they have been competing with everyone in so-cal for YEARS and seem to be doing just fine.
