Mike, that's my old cam, it was specced by a friend in Cali that trued it up, and its a tad bigger than spec. You should be fine with a cobra arm or a 1.7, as that is what the .544lift spec is rated with... The new cam card should be in the box I gave Nick. Just be real careful with gettin it all dialed in, espicially IF u deck the heads, as that will give you even less piston to valve clearance. I was going to run that cam in my Cobra with stock non ported heads andf intake and it woulda made 290-300 rw, bet on it. As I told ya, I'd go with a better manifold like an Edelbrock RPM or RPM2 and do a 65 or 70 mm accufab throttle body and a good mass air meter around 75-83mm..

ya thats why i would maybe have the heads milled .010 and thats it. the cam should be a great performer!

No synonym numbers but I trap at 86mph in the 1/8th bogging it out of the hole, and peddaling it through 1st and second. It's in a full weight 95 Cobra with a full tool box, spare and heavy 275's and 315's on the corners.

I'm not big on machine shop prices, and to be honest dont have much knowledge in that area of expertise.

Thinking of doing cobra intake with gt40 heads, also thinking of getting them ported depending on the cost of something like that, maybe even do some milling and cutting the intake for an increase in compression.

              I'd like 280+ rwhp.

Foxbodynick has a Anderson b25 cam w/ 1.7 rockers that has my interest for this build.

              Thoughts?

If you're going to troll, post elsewhere. I don't need another useful thread locked due to bullshit.

              Thanks.
I have an intake for you. It has been mildly ported but could probably be ported even more. I also have the spacer and (1) new gasket. I bought this for $100.00 but realized that I wanted to do a different one instead...

Send me a PM if you are interested....

I've dealt with Lloyd Elliott a few times. He's the guy when it comes to port work. He did great work for me and a very fair price. And he can give you before and after flow bench numbers.

Thumper performance from Jax, Fl use to have built E7's for like $500-600. The guy posts up on mmjax.com. Kind of a dead board these days. Find some Orlando forums and see if anyone is runnin their stuff.

Fuck yea, that will be a bad ass combo! Friend had a 89 chp coupe with that intake, a f cam (smaller than b25) and edel performers, similar to the Brodix, and it trapped 111-112 in qtr... On 17 inch street tires with a shitty launch.

Edit: that was a full weight car with 2 jl 12s, huge box, 3 large phoenix amps, and saleen ground effects, lol. Prob 3400 lbs with him in it...

Thats is your best bet mike dont waste your time and money on GT40s for the same money you could go aftermarket and get way better results. Brodix st 5.0 r 1.9/1.6 heads

^This is a good combo and ptv clearance would be ok with your stock TRW's!
