Poor service by Sleep Experts...what (if anything) should I ask for?

last 2 mattresses I ordered it was online didnt even go into the store just read reviews and turned out great.

And that's my next step. I had narrowed it down to 2. This one and one online. The one online is $100 cheaper. Free delivery. No taxes. Simmons BeautyRest recharge. I'll be happy with it.

Why didn't you just accept delivery and then call the next day? Now you have to deal with another delivery or cancellation of purchase.

I would have let it go, accepted my mattress later than expected and experienced a good nights sleep. I HIGHLY doubt it was done on purpose. Messicans ( like me ) usually run on time.

Lots of people don't have access to a truck, and it's a lot more convenient than having to go rent one.

To the OP, you've got no reason to be mad, nor do you have any claim to a free hundred dollar bill. Get over yourself, shit happens, and 30 minutes is NOTHING in the grand scheme of life.

I could understand having it delivered if free.. But in your situation I probably would have let them bring them into my front room, or garage, and take off. In and out in like 2 min. Shit happens and less than 30 min late isn't ridiculous. Especially since you knew they were coming.

I also wouldn't have ignored the calls and knocking. Even if you weren't going to take delivery, at least answer and tell him that.

They don't do it with a comfortable mattress, that's for sure. I had Sears deliver and set mine up, it was free and I didn't have to jack with it. They were about 30 minutes late but I didn't bitch, I wanted a mattress and they had one. I can't imagine them trying to deliver it at 10 pm though.
