Here is what i did that worked for me, YMMV:
1) change careers (jury still out on this one)
2) eat healthier
3) do some form of exercise
4) get involved in something
5) get some accountability
6) get more sleep
7) get your testosterone levels checked (mine were double digits before, now Im in the 750-800 range and a complete 180 from how i was feeling)
Personally my wife and I decided to move to a smaller town (Waco) for the quality of life improvement. No traffic, no 2 hour commutes daily on 635, home by 5:15 each day which allows us time with our kids and to get them involved. Started eating healthier, got back to being active and got involved. When we lived in the metroplex sure we made more money but we always got home around 6:30-7pm, ate, got the kids in bed, then crashed and it was a never ending cycle. Weekends were either crammed with activities or sleep sessions to catch up.

This is a good thread, lot of good ideas in here. I'm about to be 32 and I have been feeling the same way for a while now. I stopped drinking any kind of soda, and only drink water now, with the exception of an energy once in a while.
I think exercising will help too, so I'm either going to start working out or running again. I'll probably stop drinking so much alcohol also. I'm getting divorced right now so I feel like this would be the perfect time to change.68 Coupe- 351w, TFS heads, Comp XE284, 5 speed, Explorer 8.8, 4 Wheel Discs

A friend of mine really got into yoga, any here tried it?? no homo"If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford
