        Find a satisfying career, get a good bed, and get a hobby. The last multiday hike I finished did more to recharge me mentally than anything I've done in a long time.

          Car stuff. OP, I'm sure it's a net stress relief for you too, even if there is quite a bit of work to get to the track and the associated costs. I still like watching your Camaro wtw vid. That is some fun stuff right there!

                        I was the exact same way and my doc suggested testosterone injections weekly after running some tests and now I feel amazing. I have energy and a sex drive like a senior in high school all over again.

                          As already stated working out and eating healthier. I started back in January and I've never felt better I have more energy and I feel better about myself. Give it a shot it may be just what you need.

                            If its physical tiredness you need to get some vitamin B 100 complex. I think they sell it at CVS and walgreens, maybe walmart.

                            You will no longer need naps during the day. You will be able to pop right out of bed without having to drag your ass crawling out. Its like when you were a kid and you would wake up. You can just jump right out. You might lose some weight too because it begins eating into your calories to produce this extra energy.

                            Your piss will turn highlighter yellow though. But who really cares for those benefits. You might not notice, but you will notice when you stop taking them because you'll need naps again and have to drag your ass out of bed. It has all the B's needed for energy, along with a few others that help it along
