Cobra Caliper Clean up....

If you were going to restore/clean up some cobra calipers, would you paint them black or red? Cobra lettering will stay raw aluminum look. Thoughts?

depends on the color of the car

maybe polish on a black car or my car.
red on a red or white car. or a black car if you wanted red.

what about polished/brushed look with the cobra lettering colored red if its going on the vert or what ever color to match whatever car....

depending on the color of the car, chrome would be pretty cool, with maybe black letters.. i personally hate red, so i will never have red calipers...

I got the rotors turned, cleaned up and painted yesterday. Today the Strange adjustables are arriving and I'll get to work cleaning up the calipers. I got the caliper bracket cleaned up as well....Here are a couple of pics...

I would say black, but make sure the letters are nicely shined up, some contrast would be nice.

Not to get off topic, but where did you get the top for your convertible? It looks like it has an inverted seam also, which I have not seen before on a fox top.
