Anybody on here have one? Do they really get 35 MPG?

I am thinking about selling my truck and getting something with above 30mpg to drive to work. Then getting an older truck (99-2004 ish) to do work on the farm, haul stuff, and pull the trailer when needed.

I drive 350 miles a week for work only and am getting tired of $100 dollar a week fill ups.

No just trying to save some green. They are one of the more decent looking cars for 35 mpg that isn't expensive. I don't really need to have an "awesome" car to get to work.

The new ones with the Japan-amation smilley face front are ugly as all hell. Buy a new focus, my mother's 2011 gets 35mpg.

I had a 2004 5 door with a stick. I bought it while I was working for Mazda at the time after driving so many customer's cars. It was a fun car to drive.

I can't attest to the MPG though.

Civic, I never saw a problem with the 3's either, maybe try a Kia or something?

My wife has one, and yes they do. The last trip we took we averaged 36 mpg. I can honestly say I have no complaints about the car. No problems, it serves it's purpose perfectly.
