In general, sailors who are single parents can get a hardship discharge because they are "non-deployable". I've seen this many times. Like stated above, there are a lot of variables to this situation. The cunt judge should be removed for her bias and extreme views but biological parents no matter how fucked up, carry a lot of weight. The little girl is no doubt in a stable home but living with someone who is not her mom currently. Yes I'm playing devils advocate.
