    depends on the company I remember getting 30 f250 4x4 stripped with rubber interior ready for haliburton @ 2009 when working for a dealership.

    They have backhoes to pull you out on location. lol I don't know. I agree. I guess when you order fleet trucks and you get the stripped down models, 4wd is more money than they want to spend. I had a 1 ton dually gin pole truck when I ran service in the Barnett and it was 2WD. I rarely ever got stuck.
