            Congratulations. Feels good, doesn't it?

We're going through the whole Dave Ramsey thing right now ourselves. I want our house paid off in the next 5 to 6 years.

I used to want that until you realize the money you could make with it properly invested vs. the interest write off. I still would lie min paid off but higher returns are very appealing.

Congrats, but Don't cancel your CC after paying off if your planning on buying a house soon, as crazy at is sounds having some good debt is better that having none when applying for a mtg, of course if buying cash non issue.

Dude, pay for things you were already going to buy, like gas, and pay it all off every month. Get them to pay you to do what you were already going to do.

I charge all my monthly expenses to a rewards card and pay it off every month. Free money.

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

This is great. The CC companies call you a "freeloader". They raised my interest rate and lowered my limit because I was doing this. I promptly canceled the Bank of America Visa.

                              CongraDs!

Interest doesn't start until the month after the statement is issued.
