        my dad taught me the same thing... he also taught me to use a card to get points and or/get a loan at a lower interest rate than my investments pay

              That is true also...but he was talking more about like - TV's, furniture, clothes...things like that. Not cars/house

                I like the thought of a paid off house but can easily take that money and make quite a bit in the stock market. But that is highest and best use of capital, a concept that is beyond DR's audience. I have said it before, he does his audience right even though his advice is technically wrong if you want to be wealthy.

                    Congrats on getting out of debt. Now its tough to get debt it seems. We have a 620 credit score & cant get a loan on a Zero Turn for nothing
