Beer Question

I'm a bit outside of my wheelhouse as I tend to only drink Bud but I picked up one of the Shock Top "End of the World Midnight Wheat" beers. Has anyone else tried these? Kind of a faint chocolate hint with a kick of spice.

Yup. Pretty decent stuff.

If you dig it, then look into Fireman's 4, Santo's, Magic Hat, and Alien Amber Ale. They're all similar with very slight differences. The differences are heavily swayed by foods and moods.

I really dig Fireman's 4. Tried Alien Amber Ale for the first time a couple years back down in San Antonio, it was the first time I'd heard of it. Not a bad beer, I'd have to drink it again to see if I really like it.

Fireman's 4 has been my go to beer here lately.

This is probably my favorite winter time beer though, it is almost like a beer milkshake.

Alien Amber Ale on draught is a totally different animal from its bottled counterpart. If you pour it into a pint glass it opens up very close.

I'll drink draught like water until I'm too full to drink anymore. I'll only have a sixer poured into frosty mugs before I get full.

I thought Santos was the worst beer Saint Arnold's has released. Never really liked Fireman's 4 either... or any other beer put out by Real Ale Brewing Co. for that matter. I like my beers to have flavor. Good flavor.
