I'm glad to hear that you are finally going to have your own business.

I'm just concerned about your location. There have been several break ins at that location. I've been friends with a shop that has been there for a couple of years and they have been broken into once, but fortunately the alarm saved them. They have since put up a nice surveillance system and have been left alone, but the thieves have broken into other businesses in that park several times taking anything from tools to air conditioners.

I actually contacted an LEO and gave them the address and checked for calls, break-ins, and miscellaneous wrong doings...

There were 6 alarm calls in the last year. All were false alarms.

There was one break in and one car messed with.
