    Flip it into the fire place, it didn't come certified right? You never received it. Now you have because of all the questions. Might as well write them a check.

      Well a buddy at work suggested getting something on official letterhead stating that it was an error and ALWAYS having a copy of this letter. He used to sell houses for a large builder in the area and said he has seen this plague lots of people in the past. He said the negative mark on your credit gets erased and somehow it pops back up 60 days later. I sure hope that is not the case.
