Yep. Had them on both of big toes when I was in my teens and they were fucking murder until I got them cut out. They felt better IMMEDIATELY. I almost murdered a guy to death at work for stepping on it several times.

Man I had my right big toe nail removed completely while in boot camp. Talk about a mother fucker.. try walking in those boots after that shit.. Then I had to run the drills as well the next day. What sucks is once it grew back it was ingrown again.

I finally went and had it killed. They scraped every part of the growth section out and left the nail there. It looks a bit funky but no issues anymore.

I make damn sure not to cut any of them too short anymore.
