If you get stopped, just tell them you are bringing my Hi-Lift jack back to me and they will let you go....

guy, you're making a mountain out of mole hill. since you went through your CU and they took care of the paperwork, your copy of the loan documents [that they should have handed you], will cover you until you receive the new plates. just keep your insurance card and copy of your CU loan docs in the glove compartment. drive the car and stop worrying about nothing. when the new tags arrive, change them.

When I bought my C6, the guy took the plates and threw some Allan Samuels Dodge logo plate on there. I had no problems at all for the 3-4 days that I drove it before getting plates.

Kinda on subject...how much are y'all paying for LS3 C6's down there? I've got a bead on a black on black '08 with 4,000 miles up here near Amarillo for $34k. I kinda dig it, but do you know how many freakin screen names I'd have to change?!?

It's not all that... (actually to me it is, it's the nicest car I've ever owned and after putting around 100 miles on it tonight there isn't a slap that could wipe the smile off my face!), but since this is the land of ballers I'll shut up now, nobody cares

The LS3 Vettes are one of the best bang for the bucks out there right now. A cam and headers in that Vette and you will tear Henry's Cobra a new asshole.
