Yeah pulling the plates is ideal when I traded my stang for the bike we both let the plates stay I did the right thing and had it registered. He pulled the bitch move and didn't handle his business. Take the paperwork to the Tax office right not the DMV? Same place you get registration stickers from?
As far as pulling the plates, the guy is coming up from Harlingen, so how does he get it back with out being pulled over every 5 miles?JonComment

You can go online for your county and find locations that handle title transfers/registration I was able to find a smaller location in Dallas county that wasn't busy so when I did mine it was a quick and painless process.Comment
