Why? Are you telling me you are selling at reasonable prices or that you're a shit bag?

Who's to say he hasn't buying a magazine here and there for the past few years? I know a few people with just boxes of new PMAGs as they buy 1 or 2 every time they go to the gun store. If he bought online for the purpose to resell, more power to him if the store doesn't limit the number he can purchase. I don't even own an AR and wish I had bought a case or two of PMAGs after Obama got re-elected (like I did with my ammo).

If people missed all the signs leading up to this and didn't purchase anything until after it was too late, I have little sympathy for them. You can have them now at inflated prices or place backorders for the normal price and hope they ship out. The hypocrisy (as Ruffdaddy stated) is that people cry foul about CTD charging 60 for a PMAG yet the private seller buying for 15 and selling for 60 is ok. The only way to stop private sellers from selling for the inflated prices is for people to stop buying them or for retailers to charge more/limit the # you can purchase.

And I'm surprised with as many people crying about the gun store and gun show gouging that this many are ok with it.

Edit: referring to cleaning out inventory and listing at triple.

Right now you're seeing a lot of people asking asinine prices but they are not selling at those prices. What people are asking and what people are paying are two completely different things. Me and some friends couldn't unload an AR-15 for $1,500 at a few of the gun shows. I've had a few AR15's which are pretty decent guns for sale and just haven't had any real buyers that the kinds of prices people are asking. It's a hell of a lot more than it use to be, no doubt.

Unfortunately for those that "have to have it", you could probably get that with the way things are right now.
