Keith, I've got the recipe:

Ingredients - couple uppers, couple lowers, pinch of residual components.

Mix all ingredients with few bud's from armory group.

Have Matt do what he does.

Enjoy.

Okay fellas, I hope everyone got home safe and sound Saturday night. Thanks for coming out. It was nice to meet the new faces and see the old faces again (no reference to your ages, haha).

For those that left earlier than the rest, I got the gas piston conversion and new forearm installed on the S&W 16" but ran into a few snags on the 24" barrel AR. The "pistol" build is gonna have to wait until my pistol buffer tube arrives.

The 24" gun got pulled apart today and I went through it all over again. The barrel sits off center to the right in the new handguards. Either the brand new barrel is bent, the forearm tube is bent or the collar was poorly machined. Tomorrow I am gonna get the barrel checked out. I figure with a bullet casing laser light sitting in the chamber I will know real quick if the barrel is not straight.

Hopefully I will test both new builds tomorrow after I get a green light on the barrel.
