  • Want to find my old truck

About a month ago I got a parking ticket notification from the City of Fort Worth. The ticket was on my 1985 Chevy SWB C10.
I sold the truck around 2005 to a guy from Houston, but now I guess the truck in Fort Worth.
I would love to get the truck back and was thinking that the guys on DFWmustangs might help. The ticket said the truck was on Spurgeon Street. I Googled the address and even tried to see the truck on Google earth but no dice…
The truck was written a ticket for being stored in the roadway at 420 Spurgeon Street in Fort Worth, around December 2012.
The truck is red (kinda orange red) in color and has Texas LP- 3RK-B35, it has a split phantom grill, shaved drip rails, shaved front marker lights and is hopefully is still pretty straight. The truck was originally a LWB but we cut the frame and fish plated it, and also the truck has a shop built rear flip kit and cut front springs.
Any help will be greatly appreciated..
    My email is:
    Jccarpenter383@hotmail.com
here are some pics of the truck when I it was mine..

Went by both East and West Spurgeon. I'm guessing it is the West since it's a single driveway and had like 6 cars in it. Google Earth is wrong if you look up 315 W Spurgeon on Google maps that is actually 420. It has an old Caprice in front. There is parking in the front yard but it was empty so I'm guessing it's because they were at work. I will go by a few random times and see if I can spot your old truck. There was another square body truck in the drive but it was a long bed.

I bought back a mustang I went on my first date with my wife in. It was getting pretty haggard when I sold it, and it was really rough when I got it back. I put some cash into it, but in the end it was either dive in head first or let it go again.

I figure it's going to be rough, but I still wanna try and buy it cheap. I've got a cammed 5.3 with milled 317 heads and a th400 just waiting for this truck.. (if it turns up)
When I had the truck it had a 396/th350 and with the 20" torq thrusts it ran 13.80's. I would love to see what it could do with the 5.3, a drag radial and some dope..

I found the truck. PM me your cell and I will text you pics.

I have the address, owner's name and phone number, but it will help if you speak Spanish.
