05 f150 bearings torque specs

does any one knows what is the torque specs for the front wheel bearings wich come integrated into the rotors this is for the 2wd thw 4wd have spindles wich the 2wd do not,

Alldata says 296 ft lbs. My torque wrenches only go to 250 to I usually click that and just nudge it with the breaker bar.
