3v cam issue

Has anyone ever heard of a 3v cam breaking at the front cam tower. The cams are bullet blanks with RGR grind about 9,000 miles on them

The only times I've seen an overhead camshaft break is if it seized in one of the journals.

Not on a mustang. I've seen an over torqued cam cap seize the cam and the seized camshaft break on a few import boards

Talked with JPC today they want me to ship both cams back to RGR . So looks like the motor is coming back out again
