My coupe was primarily built as a track car.As I get older a street car with A/C sounds more appealing now days. Well all the old A/C stuff under dash is gone as well as wire harness cut and fire wall smoothed.I thought about a universal Vintage air kit verses a donor car.Any thoughts or experience with this.

call or look into Old Air Products.com in fort worth.
For about $1250 you can get a complete universal kit and install it. You will have to use their billet switch panel though.
the "box" under the dash is only like 14in x 14in.
very easy to install. I just did one in a 72 c10One day at a time.

On my 03 chevy truck(k2500 6.0) the compressor is mounted low on the pass side. Not sure what kind of room there is in the fox, but if I recall there is room down there. Might be able to score the brackets n pulleys at the wrecking yard if you're into that type of adventure.Rich
