U-joints? Mounts?

95 mustang. I've been hearing a fast knock, a rattle if you will, from inside the car. Kinda sound like its coming from the drive shaft but I can't hear it when I'm underneath. Motor mounts look good, as well as the trans mount. Nothing is loose, I don't think. The u-joints don't look too bad either....but what the hell do I know. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? Bro?

More details are needed..... When does it make noise? over bumps? turning? accel? check the sway bar bushing?

I bet it's a coil isolator/shock mount.

i dont hear it much when im driving or turning, for that matter. I hear it every time i turn the car on. Its probably making the noise as i drive but i cant hear it. So maybe strut mount? Ill stick my face under the hood while the car is on again and put my ear on the mount
