Changing out Fuel Pumps...

Well it looks like I killed my two 255's somehow LOL. I'm going to get Walbro 400's, but my question is... since I'm running a return fuel system do I need to get my car re-tuned or should it be fine?

Should be fine, just make sure the fuel pressure remains the same now that you'll have increased flow at the same diameter fuel line.

I mean it should right? Because all I'm doing is replacing the pumps and that's it.

It should if the FPR can handle the additional flow, but I'd check it just to make sure. You're increasing the fuel flow from 510lph to 800. Essentially like adding more than one whole 255. 290 LPH increase, but who's counting.
