96 explorer steering column

My dad explorer wont turn off with the key. Cylinder and switchbis good. Problem is inside the column is broke. It does not have spring tension and when I took switch off i could hold the plastic slide that moves the swith and have no resistance. Who do you recommend for this repair. Thanks

It probably needs the actuator. The metal pin falls out of the end of it. I've replaced a hundred of them at least.
