There's definitely a big difference between sucking through the throttlebody vs. blowing through it. My turbo car didn't give a rats ass what size the tb was! LOL!

^ Agreed. I consider what's the cost vs. the benefit. The KB already generates more boost at a given pulley size vs. the smaller Roush TVS I was considering. 10 psi on a KB with a 3-7/8" pulley (96.8mm) vs. 10 psi on the TVS with an 82mm pulley (3-1/4"). This is a good thing since belt slip can be an issue on these SC's. Paying an additional $800 for a TB to pick up another pound or two of boost seems awfully expensive compared to a pulley change.

KB's come a long way since the one I had on my '90LX in the late 90's! That car had no bypass or A/W intercooler! LOL! It would heat soak on a road trip so bad it would start to spark knock. They had just gone to the bypass design, so I ordered the valve and built one into my kit. It helped a ton. Ended up selling the kit on Ebay. Now they have bypasses, A/W intercoolers, liquid cooled bearings, etc. Pretty impressive.
