Who sells/stocks 3" V Band clamp assemblies locally

In the not-so-distant future we'll have all of that stuff on the shelf daily.

I thought about going to aluminum and redoing my sewer pipe. But I just need to get the steel set up welded up with a few breaks to make it easier to service and work on and add in another muffler at the same time. One day, I want to get some tailpipes put in.
