You're gonna get a lot of answers on this one. Personally, I would call the cam manufacturer of your choice and let them pick what should be in your car.
In my car with a similar combo I had the Anderson n-91. It made great power above 3800 but was a turb below. I switched to the xe274 ad lost about 40 peak hp but gained about 60 ft lbs below the curve. I like it much better now for street duty.
I had the N.41 in my Heads Cam Coupe & it did 330 RWHP & 360 . I would run the N.61 on a 347
