Which coil over springs??

Found out today I've been running around with some 130Lb front coil over springs on my 87 GT. I'm replacing the struts/shocks with Tokico Hp's (blue ones). It will rarely see the track. It will see a shit ton of Hwy time though. It has uncut stock rear GT springs. This car has a 10 point cage and UPR front k-member kit in it.

I really don't want a harsh ride but would like it to be responsive.

Which height/ spring rate for the front?

Which springs would y'all put in the rear?

I used 12" 200lb springs on my car, worked well with the Strange adjustable struts both on the street and at the track.

i have tokico illumina adjustable struts and 14'' UPR/Eibach 175lb springs...work really great but probably going with 12" for more adjustability and to lower the front more. the 14's are definitely good for a drag car with a higher front end
