I thought that I was done with the back of the car, rear end, swaybar, track bar, fuel cell, ect. ect.ect. Wife comes out and says " where's the battery, I see the cable ". Damn it !
This is a vintage auto racing 66 'stang, (think 1972 Trans Am car). Master Battery / Kill switch required at the back of the car. Wow, never had to wire in a car kill switch with an alternator in it before. All the other cars didn't have a charging circut on them.
I noted that there are 2 kinds of kill switches, with and without alternator. I know about the battery kill circut but I'm lost on the alternator. What do I need to wire into to kill the motor / alternator / battery. Where do I wire into to do the alternator without hurting anything.
Any help guys ? I would like to get this done ASAP, as I got all the stuff to put the motor together except the pushrods Tuesday.
