They have. Apparently its a odd size or something.

Not odd size, just that common. Most anyone with a vehicle still running a 15 will run the tire until bald or seperated, and if it has any tread left they most likely have some form of trailer to put it on. I could sell several a week if I had any. Hell the truck i'm borrowing right now could use a pair of good tires for the rear in that size. Good luck finding some.
