2011 Taurus - Occasionally stumbles and dies. If you stop and put in park and restart it runs OK. It's not throwing any codes and dealer says they didn't find anything. I'm thinking CPS but thought I would throw it out to the DFWM pro's.

With no DTC's and if they can not duplicate it, its very difficult to diagnose an occasional issue.
I did find two potential TSB's, but with out more info ( engine, build date, etc) its just guessing.
If you get along with dealer try and get them to spend more time on trying to duplicate it. Unless its.... well... never mind.Some cars and a bike...

I Googled it and it looks like others have had the same issues, but I havn't found any solutions.Comment

It wont help but my old Dodge pickup used to do the same thing when going from reverse to drive. Very rare but it would stumble and sometimes it would recover but usually die. Ended up being something weird in the fuel/spark maps for that year model if I remember right.Comment
