Mexican Block seal ?

For those that know this:
Is there a difference in the the Front seal on a Mexican block?
Mine is leaking
I thought I saw somewhere that it changes or the way it's pressed in.

no, the front cover has nothing to do with the mexican block

I guess even new it can go wrong..
I just hate to teardown after I just got it back from the shop.
But will get it down a track first for sure.
