if you got a good deal on it id say you cant go wrong. its just the regular price of $10.81 a quart that i find not worth it lol.

I have never run the motor oil but the one time I used their ATF in my t5, it foamed up thus killing my trans. I will never again use their ATF. We use their gear oil At the shop with great results.

That's all I've used in mine since the 1st oil change and I've got 51k miles. I've got RP in the engine, tranny, and pumpkin. Have to use the Ford friction modifier in the gear oil though. It's really good stuff, just pricey.

I will be using RP in my cars now that I have to use synth. The owner lives in houston and is a great guy so I support him

I wouldnt use it in a motor than consumes any amount of oil. Check levels when you fill up unless you know its not an issue for you. My last truck used two quarts of royal purple between oil changes. Never had an issue with mobil 1 When I drove gas trucks.

True. I find RP too damn expensive, though I do use it in the pumkins with FFM. Other than that its Mobil1 from Sams or Wallyworld.

Gear oil in a T-5? Real nice on the syncros at a high RPM shift (sarcasm is heavy). Might catch hell for that one from a few on here.

I've used it. Just as good as any synthetic oil.
