I wouldn't concern yourself with this yet, just like kungfu said... You're so far away from that it's better you search for your car first.

car is not a problem. I can get a car when i want to. I am just scouting out some motor stuff right now.I am going to buy car and motor stuff all at once. What is needed to put a 351 into a foxbody. Any changes of parts to install motor.

you also need to figure out what year car you're buying... fuel injected, carbed? And all this depends on the car you buy.

just buy a running driving car with a 331 already.

Your name says it all. Do a search in google and muddle through the all the millions of posts just like this one on every forumn you can think of. The info is there you just have to look for it and if you don't want to take the time to look for it than building a running car is a pipe dream.

When I was younger, I decided I wanted a fox body. One of my friends went to go buy some parts from a guy and I went along. Next thing I knew, I had spent I think around 300 bucks on a cobra intake, shorty headers, off road h pipe, tail pipes, ac delete pulley, 24 lb injectors, and a few other odds and ends. I was ready to go, just needed a car

Found a fox body that looked promising, went to go drive it and it was the most uncomfortable car ever. Head hit the ceiling, legs were all jammed up, etc. WTF, all these parts for a car I can't fit in

Ended up trading the injectors and few other things for 2 bogart drag star rears and sold everything on here and another site for a nice profit but.....

Moral of the story is get the car first
