  • What year ranger axles?

I have read that ford ranger axles will work on my 89 coupe
With an 8.8 to convert the rear to 5 lug and
That you use 2 left side axles from a ranger, but can't figure out what year??? Also will the ranger drums work?

Should have spent your time typing that stuff into google.
    ’83 to ’92 4 cylinder or 3.0L V6 Ranger/Bronco II with a 7.5″ rear end you will need two driver’s side axles.
Atlantic Blue '00 - '03 Cobra motor and TKO600, solid axle, full MM suspension
    Silver '01 Vette - D1 blown LS

Or 2 passenger side aerostar, same years and they don't have to have the 3.0. My old ones came out of an 87 with the 2.3. Just look at the diff tag/engraving.

Where are you located? I've got a pair I will let go.

And yes, ranger drums will work, so long as you get the 9" and not 10"

This is the garage section, God forbid it be used for what it was made for.

New to this site, but been on many others for years. New to mustangs and looking for information not douch bags. I know how to use the search on this site and google. Just don't understand what in the crap is wrong with asking a simple question to what many people on this site would probably not have a problem with answering.
