A broken blend door wont cause a high low side pressure. How did you charge the system? With cans, an ac machine? Did you vacuum the system before you charged the system?
High low side is going to be a restricted orifice tube or an expansion valve. There's no need to blow the system out with air unless you flushed it out with solvent. You're not going to have any blockages unless the compressor took a crap and if it did you're not going to be able to blw out the debris with just air.
When it's running grab the low side line coming out the evaporator and see how cold it is. It and the receiver dryer should be freezing cold not barley cold.
If the condenser was blocked with dirt you would have high pressure on the high side and normal low side.
If it was a blocked evap your pressures would be fine.
The only other thing i can think of is a faulty iac solenoid not allowing the engine to idle up when the a/c compressor is engaged but that should set a check engine light.

Ok, just to clear it up I the condenser was cleaned with pressure washer and powerful degreaser to break up any debris that was in the fins. I then visually checked the condition of the fins and the thing looks brand new. The low side line coming out of the firewall is slightly cold to the touch and is sweating. We replaced the expansion valve as well and tested the old one before we removed it. It seemed to be working fine but we replaced it anyways.
