On my 04 GT ever since it was tuned (flashed PCM) my theft light will come on and the car won't start. I have to disc the battery and reconnect while the key is in the ignition. If I leave the battery connected overnight it drains completely. The battery was just replaced and actually for a span of about month I was having no issues as long as I don't use the remote to lock the car. Just yesterday I got in the car and again the light was back on and car wouldn't start and I had to disc to get it started. And again overnight the battery drained. Now this is pointing me towards being an issue with the theft system, has anyone had this happen to them before?
