i have a 2003 GT mustang Wrecked.. Does any1 know if the 2000 V6 parts fit the 03 GT parts.. like the fender Quarter panel and the front Bumper

They are the same.

The only body parts that do not directly interchange among '99-'04 Mustangs, to my knowledge, is the C-pillar from the '01 Bullitt/'03-'04 Mach 1 and the rear bumper cover from the V6 (which fits but does not have exhaust cutouts).
