Transmission issue please help

Everytime after sitting for a long time, my transmission makes a whining sound while reversing, till it warms up.

I have a 04 350z it just started happening recently.

Changed fluid 2 days ago thought that was problem but fluid was coming out red like its supposed to.


Any suggestions what i could try to do?

Did you put the factory suggested fluid? If not do that...

used upgraded royal purple that's compatible has better reviews on 350z forums to prolong the life of tranny.

fluid was coming out red when i drained it n filled it with rp, this was happening before i did it so the fluid wasn't the problem.
