I had suspected my belt tensioner was getting a bit fatigued, but I had no idea how bad. My boost gauge was struggling to hit 8psi...and I replaced the belt not too long ago. I was having a slight squeak in one of the pullies so I figured I'd replace it, check everything and splurge on a new tensioner (the Thump RRR isn't exactly cheap). Haha
I just have to say this thing is awesome and extremely well built. I ordered it with the 90mm pulley for the Whipple, which really helps take up the slack. All problems solved and bangin 10 psi again. I highly recommend one of these if you're having similar problems. The idler pulley is sized large enough to work with an 8 rib setup later if I want to also. Here are a few pics from the phone...
