It has not received the same kind of coverage other shootings have received in the past. I have yet to see one blow hard lecturing an audience about "full semi-automatic with high capacity clip receivers just shouldn't be in the hands of citizens..." as of yet obviously because it does not fit the narrative. Haven't seen David Hogg out and about, either.

I stopped watching that drek about 10 years ago, but from what everyone says its still the exact same behavior. They'll cover it, sure. For a day. Maybe 2. But they won't go on and on and on and on and on and..

you get the idea. They will keep talking about something that does fit the narrative, for years, even decades. This they'll never mention again unless some opposing guest brings it up and throws it in their faces, and when they do you'll notice how quickly they talk over him or change the subject.
