I-35w from dowtown north to 287 cutoff?

Anyone happen to know if I-35w from downtown Fort Worth, north to the 287 cutoff is under construction? We are headed out in the morning about 6:30am. Trying to decide if that is early enough to beat most of the traffic? However if it is under construction, will go my normal route out to 820 and up to Saginaw.

its open if you want to make sure you miss anything just use the toll road

We got on the road at 6:20am. 35 was already packed so we took the first exit and went over to Commerce and up to Saginaw on 287. 30 minutes from 30 and University to 287 north of Saginaw. Not bad.
