About a month back I saw a guy at the Manheim DFW auto auction "dual wielding" with one on each hip. Needless to say security was having a shit fit.

Interesting to see the emphasis around it. The states I have lived in that have OC just don't have the polarizing opinions voiced here.

I still see it every couple of days, here. Other than starting a conversation over interesting firearms, it is generally not even mentioned.

Part of the problem in Texas, besides those open carry douchebags that got constitutional carry stopped dead, is that probably half or more places (at least in dfw) have put up 30.07 signs so open carry is basically banned in a good amount of stores and restaraunts. Then you have walmart and probably others harrassing open carriers for ID for no valid reason. I think most restaraunts I have been in since January 1 have had 30.07 signs. Texas is unfortunately much more liberal and anti gun rights than most Texans want to admit.

Saw another today at Cabelas OCing a 1911.

I would not consider being asked for a LTC by a business owner or his/her authorized representative while within their establishment to be any sort of harassment.
