I mean in general. 20 years ago if you said you saw an alligator in Lake Fork for example. People would think you're crazy or you were drunk. There were rare sighting's and maybe the local mom-and-pop shop had a picture. But that was it!
But now it seems like alligators are very common in East and Central TX lakes.
And then there was that one asshole who shot the 20+ foot alligator downtown Trinity River I believe.
