Winning in DC is going to be huge. It's going to be tough for any politician to argue against legalization when the capital of the country legalizes it. That's why I don't support full legalization; it will be treated like alcohol, and it is far less dangerous.
De-criminalizing possession is good. Selling it like a six pack, regulating and commercializing, and trying to develop ways to measure intoxication: bad.
As soon as I hear someone arguing against it because we haven't developed a test/limit for DUI, I cringe.
