Hit by uninsured. Need license plate ran

I was given bogus info back in April and his insurance isn't going approve the claim. Can some one run the plate for me so I can send him a certified letter.
White f150 cmp-0640. May or not be registered to his parents in Saginaw

Yes. He had non owner insurance and it only pays after the company verifies that no other insurance would cover the claim. It wasn't his vehicle ( I suspect his parents own it) so he needed to provide info so that the insurance company could confirm that the owners insurance would or would not cover it. If the owner wasn't insured or their coverage would not pay the claim, then his non owner policy would have paid. If the owner had a policy that would pay, then his policy will not. He refused to cooperate because I think he was trying to protect the owner ( his parents I believe) for paying for him rear ending my wife and kids.
